Dry Reds

Bourbon Barrel Reserve

Aged 8 months in bourbon barrels from Boot Hill Distillery in Dodge City Kansas. This limited release Noiret has a distinct black pepper character, soft tannins and notes of bourbon.

Chambourcin

A fruity, off dry, all purpose red table wine. Light, easy drinking style packed with beautiful red fruit aromas & a dash of fruit sweetness.

Noiret

Noiret is an excellent full-bodied, richly colored wine. Our Noiret has a distinct black pepper character, moderate tannins and notes of raspberry, blackberry and mint. Pair Noiret with beef, pasta and sharp cheeses.

Old Barn

This richly built wine offers notes of intricate layers of luscious black currants and cherries followed by black peper laced with toasted oak.

Petite Pearl

A dry dark wine with notes of fresh fruit, a smooth well-balanced mouth feel and great aging potential.

Petite Pearl Reserve

An estate grown wine where late harvest patience paid off with 25 brix and a ph of 3.45. Then aged two years in french oak, produced a dark garnet red wine with complex aroma of fresh blueberry, cherry, and plum fruits, followed by hints of anise, almond, mint, cassis and “forest floor”. This wine has abundant soft tannins with fullness and structure in the mouth feel and finish.  With excellent balance of acid, tannin and alcohol it has great aging potential.

Blackberry

Made from the best Kansas produced Blackberries. This dry Blackberry wine is full of flavors, intense aromas and an awesome fruity finish.

Marquette

The Marquette vine produces a grape with high sugar content resulting in 13.5% alcohol with moderate acidity. Two years of aging is oak barrels produces wine with a complex structure, attractive light ruby color, moderate tannins, and notes of cherry, berry, black pepper with mild earthy spice on the nose and palate.

Dry Whites

Brianna

A crisp white wine with citrus nose and flavor.

Brianna Reserve

A dry white wine aged in a Tequila Barrel. Hints of dill and vanilla, glassy on the palate. Serve with smoked salmon, bagels and lox, and/or, hard cheese and crackers.

Riesling

Our Riesling has natural flavor profiles of apple, apricot, peach and pear. It is also highly aromatic with a distinctly floral aroma.

Vidal Blanc

This wine has big aromas and tastes of apricot and nectarines with hints of lemon and tangerine on the back end. Best served chilled.

Frontenac Blanc

An estate grown wine. With a clean, crisp, fresh wine with hints of pear, lemon peel and pineapple.

Semi-sweet Reds

Red Barn

A semi-sweet Red Wine crafted at Shiloh Vineyard. Blended to perfection and just enough sweetness.

Semi-sweet Whites

Brianna

Brianna is filled with flavors of the the tropical fruits. Sweetened to perfection.

Vidal Blanc

Very smooth, bold fruity character. Good aroma and mouth feel. Great alone or with most foods.

Apple

This Apple Wine was made from a multiple variety of apples grown in the orchard here at Shiloh Vineyard. Enjoy the pure aromatics and delightful finish of the Apple Wine.

Paisley Pear

This mix of Pear and Red Wine is the perfect blend to sip on the back porch and enjoy at the end of the day.

Plum

The beautiful aroma of this all-natural plum wine stands out. Sweet-sour, just like the fruit, this wine is a perfect compliment to duck, spicy Asian food, or English picnic fare. Serve chilled.

Blackberry

Dark ruby red color, intense blackberry flavors, and a semi-sweet full body make this a wine you are sure to remember. Serve chilled.

Sweet Wines

Peach Wine

As you sip this beautiful Peach Wine, you will believe that you are biting into ripe peaches. Your senses will explode with peach flavor from the first taste to the last.

Edelweiss

Edelweiss sweet white wine with the scent of ripe pineapple followed by hints of mandarin orange, pear and pineapple on the palate.

Prairie Sunset

With rich color like a Kansas sunset, a blend of Strawberry and white wine with rich and smooth fruity flavor. 

Dessert

Aroma

Crafted from Noiret grapes and brewed coffee. Typical of medium roast coffee, aromas of toffee, burnt marshmallow and chocolate will entice you and follow through to a palate which finishes with lingering notes of vanilla.

Vidal Blanc Dessert

This nectar is full of apricot and tropical fruit with a perfectly balanced, honey-like sweetness.

Donkey

In rememberance of our faithful donkey, named Donkey, who whatched over and protected our sheep for 10 years and entertained our guests, this sweet red dessert wine is rich, warm and bold with notes of fig, plum and chocolate. This wine is fortified to 19.5% alcohol and has a smooth finish on the palate.

Our Food Offerings

Cheese

We carry award-winning cheese made right on a farm in Kansas. There are many types of raw and pasteurized cheeses, including a variety of cheddar, flavored cheddar and colby.

Meat

We carry a variety of delicious beef sticks and  summer sausage from a local ranch and farm just a few miles from Shiloh Vineyard and Winery.
